A nationally respected academic medical center is expanding its highly specialized team and is seeking a Coding Quality Metrics Specialist / Auditor to help shape coding excellence and quality reporting initiatives.

🔍 Ideal Background:
* Associate’s degree required
* RHIA or RHIT or CCS required
* CDIP or CCDS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong inpatient production coding experience
* Experience with second-level reviews and coding audits
* Knowledge of quality metrics, PSIs, HACs, risk adjustment, or related quality initiatives
* Academic medical center experience strongly preferred
* CDI collaboration and query-writing experience highly valued
