The organization is expanding both its Market Physician Advisor leadership team as well as its Hospital-Based Physician Advisor team, creating opportunities for physicians at different levels of experience within the Physician Advisor space.
🔹 Hospital-Based Physician Advisor Roles 🔹
These onsite positions focus heavily on:
• Medical necessity reviews
• Utilization management and compliant patient status determination
• Clinical documentation integrity (CDI)
• Physician education and collaboration with medical staff
• Supporting quality care delivery and regulatory compliance
This health system is open to considering physicians who may be newer to Physician Advisory work and willing to learn and grow within the specialty – making this a unique opportunity for physicians interested in transitioning into a non-clinical leadership path with strong mentorship and support.

These positions are designed for more experienced Physician Advisors and focus on:

• Multi-hospital oversight and system-wide initiatives

Requirements:
Board Certified MD or DO with 5+ years of applicable experience for the Market Level PA positions and 1+ years of applicable experience is preferred for the hospital based Physician Advisor. However, client will consider training for this role for those who show the aptitude and desire to grow in this exciting field.
